Thank you for your review Andreas and Cherry. I can see that there was a small breakdown in understanding with regards to your messages and what you were asking for. My colleague did rectify this in the correspondence between yourselves. In the first email that you received when you booked, you are told that the hotel is not manned at night. You stayed 2 nights with us therefore you could have spoken to us at breakfast and requested a larger hanging rail which we have. You were in one of our best rooms in the main house which has no neighbours so I presume you heard noise from our office downstairs which tells me that there probably was staff on site. We encourage all our guests to speak to us direct with any concerns that you may have. You will have seen the clearly marked welcome guide in your room and this has the phone number of the duty manager who is on call 24hours a day. Our breakfast is very substantial and we are constantly praised on the size and quality of the ingredients we offer and the variety. I am sorry you did not enjoy your stay with us, as a majority of our guests love it here at Rylands as you can see from previous reviews.
