"The hotel is in a great place in Meknes, within easy walking distance of everywhere you would want to visit. The staff were super friendly and helpful. Rooms were basic but beautiful, bed was a little uncomfortable as it was in two distinct pieces."

"We had high expectations of our stay at the chateau. Unfortunately we were not allowed to check in. The reservation, which I had prepaid, was not honored. We were told by the reception people they don’t work with Expedia/hofels.com. And therefore cannot let us in. This has never happened to me before. ..."

"The worst stay in my life, and I contact hotels but no help, they dont understand my conplain. Sewage smell Very dirty You need to wait up to one hours to get inside. Twice the neighbours calls the owner. You are in middel of the old city. DONT. After this experience I dont trust hotels.com"
