"From the moment we arrived Morgan was there to help us, explained where to park, helped with our bags and showed us around when we arrived. The attention to detail in the decor was second to none. "Very welcoming and changed our room easily to ground floor to accommodate us. So glad there was a bar and restaurant on site and the food and service was lovely. Comfortable stay - shame about the pool.
"The staff were flexible, helpful and friendly. The bedroom was clean and comfortable. The hotel is a little tired and probably no longer 4* and the Blue pool in the picture was sadly empty and abandoned. There was however an indoor pool. We had two evening meals which were varied and regional."
