"Not sure the price for the room and the average amount of hours you have to play and amount of bets makes their reward program that great. Also NO shade at any pools...need umbrellas or other ways to enjoy the pools which are gorgeous. Housekeeping was excellent."

"The staff was great and helpful. Bed and sheets clean and comfy. Old carpet/rugs and floors uneven. To be fare, the hotel is more than 100 yrs old. Breakfast lady so nice and cheery."
