Excellent location, near all if Liverpool’s attractions. Bathroom in room not very clean on arrival and room not serviced during stay

Very tired and run down property. Bed uncomfortable. Windows couldn’t be closed in the bedroom or bathroom. Reception staff nice but the process was very slow, more staff needed.

The 1st room give on m level was the pits the smell and how dark it was , but was moved to 105 by lovely lady in front desk Shame hotel could be so much better it needs Major investment It very noisy if nighttime because if road and bars etc and also some of Clientele But it was ok for two night I do not think I would stay again thou
