I booked this weekend for our wedding anniversary time for my wife and i to relax and enjoy the spa and dining, i have had no communications around booking in advance. We checked inn and ask to book spa for the Saturday and Sunday to be told its fully booked all week, then ask to book into the restaurant and also to be tild its fully booked until Tuesday this ruined our relaxing weekend very disappointed in the lack of communications around this you would of thought with how much is charged for the room you would be offered a slot for spa.

Fantastic and unique hotel although a good 25min walk from the main bars and Liverpool One. We came for our first night away since having our child, unfortunately we were rudely awaken by the couple next door playing music at 1:30am and then loud talking at 3am, which left a sour taste on our stay. Was hoping to get a good night's sleep.
