The receptionists were friendly and welcoming. The room was tidy and clean, and it was nice heating control. It would be nice to have a bath, but the whole hotel facilities are just showers, so nothing can't be done. Reasonable breakfast options, even though one old lady( staff) this Saturday was quite unpleasant with people who were trying to eat more than twice. I found it rude to ask people to mind what they're eating and not refiling the teas when been asked. Can only recommend the place and will definitely come back if needed.

Not all larger on tap. No ice behind the bar. Hotel was very quiet in number's of guest yet room we had was with an adjoining door. People in adjoining room very loud and up at 6.30.

The hotel was clean and the staff were friendly and very helpful... The beds could do with renewing as they have seen better days but apart from that, we had a pleasant stay and will stay agen thank you

Does the job

Handy for Liverpool docks and the city centre. Clean, comfortable if unspectacular hotel. Staff very friendly and helpful. Breakfast spot on. Would recommend and definitely stay again.

Easy to get to

The hotel was clean and well maintained the bedroom sizes were very good and had large shower room with good sized shower unit we stayed 2 nights - night one good - night 2 quite noisy as road resurfacing was in progress most of the night. The breakfast was excellent and you could eat as much as you like. Overall our stay was good.
