I would not recommend this hotel for a number of reasons, especially if you are female, or travelling alone. We had a very bad experience in the very early hours, there was a very frightening disturbance in the room directly next door to us. They were very aggressively shouting, swearing and arguing and banging the doors so loudly, it felt like the door of our room, this was around 3am on a weekday, we were absolutely terrified!! there was no telephone in the rooms, so we laid there quiet and did not sleep for the rest of the night, the next day when we reported this to the Hotel Receptionist, she advised the Hotel Manager was at a Funeral and could not speak with us but would call the next day, someone did call but it did not sound like the Manager of the Hotel and she advised us that we should have left our rooms whilst this was all going on to go to reception to let them know putting ourselves in danger. Absolutely ludicrous! The bathroom was also full of hair on our arrival from the previous guests and the carpets were dirty, Not a good experience all round.

Centrally located. Good value for what we paid(£35 for tue night stay). Only slight issues were some mould around the bath seals and a toilet with faulty system that gurgled all night!

2 nights in Liverpool

The staff were great. They had no problem changing our room, to a disabled friendly one as I walk with a stick. The room was comfortable and clean, just what was needed after looking round Liverpool all day.

Decent for a short stay

Cons: To provide toiletries, room doors/walls more soundproof.
Location: Relatively near the city centre, convenient to walk for about 10 minutes or less.
We were given the basement room, room and toilet were small, room walls and doors were quite thin, could hear drunk neighbours making lots of noise in the middle of night, resulting in disturbed sleep.

I would return here.

Pros: The room itself was cleaned to a high standard. The staff were very nice and helpful.
Cons: The wardrobe did not have a bar inside to hang up my clothing. The toilet was unflushed from the previous occupant.
Location: Within a minutes walk from Liverpool Centre

Location: Ausgang und Einkaufen
Das Hotel ist sehr gut gelegen. Ausserdem sind die Zimmer sehr gross und gut eingerichtet. Alles in allem bin ich mit dem Hotel sehr zufrieden!
