A comfortable and relaxed stay. I particularly appreciated the location, the breakfast which was included in the room rate and the Nespresso machine in the room. Would definitely stay here if I return to Brighton for work again.

Location is excellent Near shops and restaurants Lift is good as saves carrying bags etc up stairs Having breakfast available saves hassle and time if you have a trip planned out with a Brighton

Very clean rooms, friendly staff, and lovely breakfast. The luggage storage facility was also very helpful. It would have been nice to have a later checkout though.

Felt more like a hostel than a hotel. Room very hot and couldn’t sleep. Room had a wet room which didn’t drain properly and I slipped quite badly. Would not recommend to anyone.

Poorly designed hotel

Room wasn't a secret pictures on the website. The layout was ridiculous and plug sockets were limited and stupidly far from any mirror. Not to mention the bathroom, the shower head was disgusting. I believed we stayed in a disabled room on the 1st floor. The shower was like a 'wet room' with a disabled seat. But the water didn't drain on the floor which flooded the room and was really slippery. We had to lay out 2 towels on the floor to walk on. The breakfast the next morning was poor, food was cold and the scrambled eggs were runny and soggy. We just had a banana and off we went. we only stayed for one night, and thank goodness. I wouldn't stay here again. The only good thing about this hotel is the location. But it is hard to notice when you arrive as no obvious sign. There is no car park, but there's a multi story one about 5-10minute walk away. So be aware of that if you travel with a lot of luggage.
